DGS – Facilities Management Services

Cube Root Corporation is supporting SFMS for the management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to ensure effective performance of complete facilities services, including quality assurance, at the Department of Employment Services (DOES). Completed in 2010, the LEED-Gold certified building features 229,000 s.f. of office space housing 450 employees, first floor retail space, and a 24,000 s.f. green roof. Cube Root’s role includes quality control of janitorial (including the actual performance of the work), landscaping, pest control, snow removal, operations and maintenance services.
