DDOT – Traffic Engineering Support Services

For over two years, Cube Root has provided data collection, analysis, and reports for over 75 locations throughout the District. As a subconsultant, Cube Root performs Turning Movement Counts (TMCs), speed, volume and vehicle classifications, maintenance of traffic (MOT), signal warrants, traffic calming, corridor and capacity analysis, data collection, asset management, and QA/QC for the installation of streetlights, guiderails, and traffic signals. Cube Root is also providing traffic engineering support services on other DDOT projects including pedestrian and bicycle safety initiatives, livability studies, DC Streetcar studies, low-impact development projects, and speed limit and safety nexus studies.
