Maryland Aviation Administration – BWI D-E Connector

Cube Root served as the owner’s scheduling representative to review project schedules to assure adequate planning, scheduling, coordination, and reporting during construction of the D-E Connector. Services included monitoring schedule submittals by contractors to ensure they properly used the critical path method. Schedules were also reviewed to ensure they were cost- and resource-loaded to achieve timely completion of contract milestones, avoid acceleration, and liquidated damages. Cube Root evaluated written narratives that accompanied schedule submissions describing the schedule’s construction approach, logic, calendars, expected weather delays, and any other assumptions and obstacles that the contractor tracked.
